Ghalyoun Fish Farming City


A National Milestone in Aquaculture


In partnership with the National Company for Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and China’s Evergreen Company, USAFETECH contributed to the development of Ghalyoun Fish Farming City—one of the largest aquaculture projects in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.
Strategically located in Kafr El-Sheikh, the project spans 13,000 acres across two phases:

– Phase One (4,000 acres) includes over 1,300 ponds for fish and shrimp, hatcheries, nurseries, and advanced water management systems, with a production capacity exceeding 8,000 tons annually.
– Phase Two (9,000 acres) expands operations with a fish meal factory, bag production plant, and a water treatment station, enhancing value-added processing and sustainability.
This landmark project plays a vital role in closing Egypt’s fish production gap, supporting food security, boosting exports, and positioning Egypt as a regional leader in aquaculture.

El Safwa Oil Extraction Lines

USAFETECH partnered with El Safwa Company to deliver and integrate state-of-the-art oil extraction and processing lines, significantly boosting Egypt’s food manufacturing capabilities. The project features fully integrated systems covering cold and hot oil pressing, solvent extraction, and complete refining and bottling operations—all designed to meet rigorous international standards.
These advanced production lines ensure high efficiency, optimized energy use, and consistent product quality, supporting both domestic supply and export goals. This collaboration reflects USAFETECH’s dedication to industrial innovation and its ongoing role in strengthening national food security through reliable, high-performance technology.

Greenhouse Projecting City



In partnership with the National Company for Protected Agriculture, USAFETECH contributed to the largest greenhouse project in the Middle East, spanning 100,000 acre across key regions in Egypt.
The project includes 10,000 advanced greenhouses, smart irrigation systems that reduce water usage by 15–20%, and integrated facilities for seed production, packaging, and agricultural innovation.
At Mohamed Naguib Military Base alone, over 1,300 greenhouses were built using the latest global technologies.
This strategic initiative supports food security, boosts agricultural exports, and has created 15,000+ job opportunities, while promoting sustainable farming and innovation.
